Customers with serious pre-existing medical conditions

We are happy to offer cover for many medical conditions. However, if you would like an alternative quote for your medical conditions or if we are unable to offer you a quote, you can access a directory of specialist medical travel insurers who may be able to provide you with cover. The Foreign and Commonwealth Office (FCO) are currently advising against travel to a number of locations across the globe. 

Our travel insurance policies do not cover travel undertaken to an area where the FCO advise all or all but essential travel. 

Please note, we can only provide cover for trips that start on or after the date that travel resumes for all UK residents and the country you are due to visit has lifted restrictions. We are not currently providing quotes for travel prior to 17th May 2021. Please note our policies do not provide cover if you travel against FCDO advice.
